Prayer:writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to Issue/ Execute Sale Deed in the name of Petitioners based on their respective Allotment orders dated 24.12.1991 27.07.1994 11.01.1991 05.09.1991 06.01.1998 04.09.1991 30.08.1991 and 08.04.1991 respectively issued by the 2nd respondent by considering the representation of Petitioners dated 22.03.2019 within stipulated time.

Mr.S.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to Issue/ Execute Sale Deed in the name of Petitioners based on their respective Allotment orders dated 24.12.1991 27.07.1994 11.01.1991 05.09.1991 06.01.1998 04.09.1991 30.08.1991 and 08.04.1991 respectively issued by the 2nd respondent by considering their representations dated 22.03.2019 within stipulated time.

3.Heard both sides.

4.According to the petitioners, they have paid their entire cost towards their respective plots allotted to them. Therefore, they seek for execution of the sale deed by the respondents. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioners have already made their representations on 22.03.2019. Therefore, it is for the first respondent to consider such representations and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. 5.This Court, at this stage, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, dispose of the writ petition only by directing the first respondent to consider

the respective representations of the petitioners dated 22.03.2019 and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
