(Crime No.104 of 2005) ..Respondent Criminal Appeal filed under Section 374 (2) of the Cr.P.C, to set aside the judgement and sentence passed by the learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court under NDPS Act, Chennai 104 in C.C.No.91 of 2006 dated 09.05.2013, convicting the appellants for an offence under Section 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii) (B) of the NDPS Act 1985 as amended by Act 9/01 and the Appellant was sentenced to undergo one year Rigorous Imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- in default to undergo one month Rigorous Imprisonment.
