The prayer in the petition is to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.557 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pernampet Police Station, Pernampet, Vellore District on the complaint dated 15.11.2015.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that pursuant to the Crime No. 557 of 2016, the respondent police has already filed a charge sheet on 20.06.2017 before the learned Mahila Court, Chennai and not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has already been filed, no further orders is required in this present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
