Prayer:-Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Notification issued by the 2nd respondent dated 07.06.2015 published in Daily Thanthi, made in Che.Ma.Tho.E/719/Varaigalai/2015, in so far as Flat No.HIG(I).6 (Ground Floor) situate at A.Jettihalli Housing Unit, Dharmapuri concerned, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the cost for theFlat No.HIG(I).6 (Ground Floor) at A.Jettihalli Housing Unit, Dharmapuri and to receive the same from the petitioner by issuing the final allotment order.
