Respondents PRAYER:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to take necessary action in Crime No.475 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's complaint dated on 12.03.2020.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action in Crime No.475 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and further by considering the petitioner complaint date on 12.03.2020, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after registering the F.I.R., the second respondent did not even secure the accused and also did not seize any vehicle which was involved in the crime.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after registering the F.I.R., in Crime No.475 of 2019, the second respondent is proceeding with the investigation and searching for the accused. Due to Covid 19 pandemic situation, the second respondent could not be able to secure the accused. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
