(CR.NO.854/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in order dated 16.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6432 of 2021 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MUKUND R PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6432 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of IPC in Crime No.854 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody in another crime number. Hence, he opposed to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
