O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is running a Pawn Broker shop, since 2003. It is the contention of the petitioner that he is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

being threatened by the police for the alleged buying stolen jewelleries.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that confession statement was recorded from the accused in Crime No.178 of 2013 on 04.09.2015 and the respondent police has to proceed further.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and during the time of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
