The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.03.2024 by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 279,337 and 304(A) of I.P.C altered to 308, 304(2) of I.P.C in Crime No.174 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner being the driver of the vehiclle without possession driving licence had consumed alcohol and committed accident, wherein two persons died and one severely sustained grievious injury. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he pays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured are still taking treatment in the hospital. He further submitted that there are 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, accordingly this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
