The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in Mettur Dam Arulmigu Sri Shenbaga Mariamman Koil at Andi Gounder Nagar, Mettur, Salem - 636 401, on 11.05.2022 between 6.00 p.m. and 11.00 p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct the cultural programme.
