ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed by the accused as stated in the complaint dated 03.04.2020 in the pending Crime No.25 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.04.2020, but no action has been taken. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed Crl.O.P.No.11463 of 2020 before this Court and thereafter, only the First Information Report was registered on 29.01.2021 against the accused, for the offence under Sections 341, 294 (b) and 323 IPC, which are all bailable. According to the petitioner, the accused assaulted the petitioner and her daughter and they have sustained grievous injuries on their nose, eyes and lips and hence, an offence under Section 307 has to be included by the respondent Police, but they failed to take any action.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and produce the medical records and submit her grievances. Thereafter, the respondent police on verification of records, shall proceed and decide about the nature of the grievances and act accordingly.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
