By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to have purchased a landed property in Resurvey No.174/4 at Punjai Kolanalli Village, Erode Taluk, Erode District, by means of a registered sale deed bearing Document No.383 of 1998 dated 7.4.1998, and also claims to have purchased yet another property in Resurvey Nos.174/4 and 160/4 situated in the very same Village, through a registered sale deed bearing Document No.850 of 1998 dated 25.7.1998, and would further state that he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same and was issued with a joint patta bearing No.191, and he has submitted a representation dated 8.6.2015, praying for issuance of separate patta for the above said properties, and since no response is forthcoming, came forward https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, and his representation, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 8.6.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
