O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.4469 of 2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, thereby imposed condition to execute a own bond for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- along with two sureties for

Rs.4,00,000/- each instead normal sureties.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4469 of 2024 dated 14.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a own bond for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- along with two sureties for Rs.1,00,000/- each.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
