ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in X Crime No.296 of 2011 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in X Crime No.296 of 2011, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and the same was also taken on file as CC No.1398 of 2013 by the Land Grabbing Special Court No.1, Periamet.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
