The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2013 and to disqualify the fourth respondent from the post of Village President of Vada Sangandhi Village, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, 2.Mr.B.Anand, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
