Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to include the petitioner in the selection process for the post of Noon-Meal Organiser for Schools in Namakkal District without reference to the age limit prescribed in advertisement published in Dina Thanthi dated 16.03.2018, Namakkal Edition and to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.03.2018.

ORDER

Mr.N.S.Sivakumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had received the interview call letter from the 1st respondent and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
