This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before G3 Kilpauk Police Station once in 15 days at 10.00 a.m., dated 24.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.662 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.29629 of 2024 in Crime No.222 of 2024. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.662 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.29629 of 2024 in Crime No.222 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
