ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass orders on his representations dated 18.12.2014 and 27.1.2015 within a stipulated period.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in support of his prayer, submitted that the petitioner, claiming to be a person interested in the welfare of the society for all these years, has requested the third respondent-Secretary of the second respondent society to furnish the copies of the financial and audit reports of the society https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to him. But the third respondent wantonly and wilfully failed to furnish the same, therefore, the petitioner was constrained to send a detailed representation dated 27.1.2015 to the first respondent by registered post with acknowledgment due. After receiving the same, the first respondent has not considered his representation, hence, the learned counsel stated that the petitioner has come to this Court.

3. This Court absolutely finds no merits in the writ petition to answer the prayer in favour of the petitioner. The reason is that nowhere in the affidavit the petitioner has alleged definitely and certainly the nature of irregularities nor the date nor even the month and year in which the alleged irregularities had happened, hence, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS III ) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar To
