Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Perused the records.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Cum Sessions Court, Chengalpattu to dispose of Tr.OP.No.190 of 2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, Tr.OP.No.190 of 022 is filed by the respondent seeking transfer of EP.No.97 of 2021 to the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu on account of which, the EP is not being proceeded with.

4. Considering the circumstances, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of Tr.OP.No.190 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, not later than two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
