This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction directing respondent police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.12.2019 in C.S.R. No.606/2019.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that on complaint lodged by the petitioner the respondent police has lodged complaint in C.S.R. No.606 of 2019 and after conducting enquiry it was closed on 21.01.2020.
