The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to accept the application either online by exempting from NET/SLET or to accept the application through physical mode or other permissible mode on or before 29.04.2024 and to process the same on merits and as per law. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submitted that the Notification itself was cancelled on 16.10.2025.

3.In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
