O R D E R

Petitioner challenges the order of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, passed in M.C.No.19 of 2011 on 11.08.2016.

2. Petitioner and first respondent were married on 25.03.1996. Alleging that the petitioner married another woman and was not taking care of her and her son, the first respondent filed a complaint which is pending in C.C.No.312 of 2005 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore. First respondent has also filed M.C.No.19 of 2011 on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, seeking maintenance in a sum of Rs.50,000/- Court below, under the impugned order, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.3,500/- p.m. to each of the respondents, totalling a sum of Rs.7,000/- p.m. Against such order, this revision has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

4. Court below, considering the increase in the cost of living and educational expenses of second respondent/son etc., directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.3,500/- to each of the respondents as monthly maintenance. The amount awarded by the Court below cannot said to be unjust or unreasonable. This Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
