ORDER

In terms of directions issued on 04.07.2025, the applicants have filed an affidavit dated 02.08.2025 affirmed by Mr.Rajesh, Proprietor of Sree Balaji Computer Academy. This affidavit is also filed on behalf of the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna second respondent. In the affidavit, the applicants have calculated the total outstanding as on 05.07.2025 in a sum of Rs.1,20,45,977.5/- after reckoning interest at 8% per annum. The Official Liquidator seeks a week's time to verify the calculation. Learned counsel for the applicants is directed to obtain instructions as to whether the applicants would remit 50% of the total outstanding by the next hearing date. If so, the applicants shall bring a demand draft or banker's cheque for the said amount by the next hearing date.
