Respondent Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of certiorari under Article 226 of the Constitution of India calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1532/2018/Sa.Pa/Tha.Thi 04/2018/Sa.Pa, dated 20.08.2018 and quash the same in so far as relates to the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued under Section 81(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") directing the petitioner to submit his objections. 2.Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without furnishing the enquiry report conducted under Section 81 of the Act, the impugned show cause notice has been issued as against the petitioner. According to the petitioner, without the copy of the enquiry report, he is not in a position to submit his objection further.

4.Under such circumstances, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the enquiry report conducted under Section 81 of the Act, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to submit his objections, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
