This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.5(c) of the order dated 31.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.834 of 2024.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the total amount now due is only Rs.9/- Lakhs and therefore, imposing Rs.5/- Lakhs to each one of the petitioner would imply that the petitioners would pay more than the amount due.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition to deposit the amount alone is modified to the effect that each one of the petitioner are directed to deposit an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) to the Credit of Crime No.399 of 2023. All other conditions remain the same. Time is extended till 15.07.2024 for making the deposit.
