The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider emails/request dated 23.11.2022, 15.03.2023 and issue Pre-Closure Statement to the petitioner within the time stipulated 1/4
by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner availed loan from the second respondent and paying the same without any default. Whileso, the petitioner wanted to migrate the loan to other banks since they offered with better interest. Hence, the petitioner has decided to preclose the loan pending before the second respondent. Accordingly, the petitioner has requested the second respondent to issue pre-close statement. However, after receipt of the said request, the respondents have not taken any steps so far and hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents and hence, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/4

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners' dated 23.11.2022 and 15.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
