ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to call for the records in Crime No.16 of 2011, dated 21.01.2011 and quash the same.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that they are the co-accused in connection with the case foisted against them under Sections 147, 323, 427 of IPC in Crime No.16 of 2011. Though the said complaint was registered as early as in the year 2011, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that already a report under Section 468 Cr.P.C. had been submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Harur.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
