BY THE POWER OF AGENT OF ITS PROPRIETOR, MR.BABU, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.21458 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Dispense my appearance in C.C.No.61 of 2015 during pending disposal on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.21458 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SATHIYAMURTHI, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF MR. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties undertaking to appear before the trial Court in the event of Crl.OP.No.21458 of 2018 getting dismissed, without waiting for summons.

2. Therefore, the presence of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial Court.
