Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 30.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.21011 of 2020 by directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with One sureties instead directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with Two Sureties Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.P.SATHYAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to modify the order dated 30.12.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.21011 of 2020 by directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety instead directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, while granting bail.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21011 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety.
