Application No.2144 of 2024 has been filed by the plaintiffs seeking to punish the respondents for their alleged disobedience of the interim injunction granted by this Court in O.A.Nos.166 and 167 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.52 of 2024, dated 11.03.2024.

2. Application No.2151 of 2024 has been filed by the plaintiffs to direct the respondents/defendants to furnish security to the extent of the claim for special damages amounting to Rs.25,00,000/- and in default thereof, attach the properties of the respondents, pending disposal of the suit.

3. Since the respondents 1 to 4 have given an undertaking before this Court that in the near future they shall not use the brand name "Eiffel Tower" for the sale of Dhal and they have also stopped using the said brand name, this Court is of the considered view that the aforementioned applications will have to be closed, as the interest of the applicants/plaintiffs till the disposal of the suit is protected. The learned 1/3

counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs has not raised any serious objection for closing these applications. Accordingly, the aforementioned applications are closed.
