Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the District Manager, TASMAC Ltd., Thiruvallur (West) [The 2nd Respondent herein] in Order No.Se.Mu.Ka.No.A2/2519/2014, dated 05.01.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant all attendant benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER
The petitioner was placed under suspension on 05.01.2015 and a charge memo was issued to him on 07.01.2015. Though an Enquiry Officer was appointed on 16.02.2015, according to the petitioner, no progress is made in the enquuiry. Hence, he has filed this writ petition to quash the order of suspension.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to complete the enquiry / disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders, and for a further direction to pay subsistence allowance from the date of suspension as the same is not paid so far.
3. In view of the narrow prayer made, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry / disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent is further directed to pay the subsistence allowance from the date of suspension, if not already paid. The second respondent is also directed to pay the arrears within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, to continue to pay the subsistence allowance every month on or before 10th of every succeeding month till the passing of the final orders in the disciplinary proceedings.
