COMMON ORDER Today, the case is listed under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed by the District Revenue Officer grating patta in favour of the appellant was subjected to revision before the Commissioner of Land Administration. The Commissioner of Land Administration elaborately adjudicated the issues by affording opportunity to all the parties and passed final orders in proceedings No. R2/4969149/2023 dated 17.10.2024.
3. Since the above fact has not been brought to the notice of this Court on the day of passing the order i.e., on 06.10.2025, the learned Additional Advocate General mentioned the matter with a request to incorporate the fact regarding the order passed by the Commissioner of Land Administration in the final order passed by this Court on 06.10.2025 in Writ Appeal. 4/7
4. The learned counsel for the appellant is also present and not rebutted the facts regarding passing of final orders by the Commissioner of Land Administration in Proceedings dated 17.10.2024.
