ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the petitioner in the petition filed in H.M.O.P.No.318 of 2025 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram, praying to dissolve the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the petition filed by the respondent for the relief of restitution of conjugal rights was dismissed for non-prosecution. Therefore, he prayed to direct the trial court to dispose the petition filed in HMOP No.318 of 2025 as early as possible.

4. Considering his submissions, the fact reveals that the petition filed by the respondent seeking for restitution of conjugal rights also dismissed for nonprosecution, which itself shows that she is not inclined for re-union. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to consider the petition filed in HMOP No. 318 of 2025 and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
