2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 3.However, since the matter is pending from 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate, (Fast Track Court) Kallakurichi is directed to give priority to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. At the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking for dispensing with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court, the presence of the petitioner is dispensed with.
