This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 186 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Dr.R.Gouri, learned Government Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Mr.R.Jeyasingh takes notice for the 1st respondent. He has no serious objection in allowing the petition. Though notice has been served, none entered appearance for the other respondents.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
