ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to execute the Non-Bailable warrant issued in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2022 on the file of the Special District Court (SC/ST Cases), Salem against the respondents 5 and 6 and arrest them.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first to fourth respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the

first to fourth respondents submitted that the Non-Bailable Warrant against the fifth and sixth respondents would be executed within a period of four weeks.

4. Considering the above submission, the third and fourth respondents are directed to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued as against the fifth and sixth respondents in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2022 on the file of the Special District Court (SC/ST Cases), Salem within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the fifth and sixth respondents and co-operate while executing the Non-Bailable Warrant with the third and fourth respondents.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
