Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ, order,or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in No.TNTEU/R/CPA Application for B.Ed/2018/99 dated 10.01.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to pass orders for grant of continuation of Provisional Affiliation in favour of Petitioner College for the period of 2015 to 2018 and for 2018 to 2021 for conducting B.Ed., Degree Course based on the re-submitted representation dated 19.12.2018, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner institute which has sought for continuation of Provisional Affiliation from the second respondent was not considered in time. Due to undue delay, the petitioner has approached this Court put fourth the case seeking mandamus directing the respondent to re-consider the application submitted by the petitioner's college on 10.06.2018 for grant of continuation of Provisional Affiliation for the period of 20192020 & 2020-2021 for conducting B.Ed., degree course. In the earlier writ petition W.P.No.25714 of 2018, filed by the petitioner herein this Court has passed the following order:
"The petitioner shall submit an application along with demand draft and the documents answering the queries raised by the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being submitted by the petitioner within one week from the order, the respondent shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders and in accordance with law, as directed above within a period of four weeks thereafter."
pursuant to this, the second respondent has instructed the petitioner's Institute to submit the copies of the staff approval orders for Principal and 15 teaching faculty, so as to enable the University to consider the application of the College on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Pursuant to this communication of the second respondent dated 03.12.2018, the petitioner institute has submitted the necessary documents. However, the request has been declined by the second respondent herein vide impugned order dated 10.01.2019 stating that the staff profile submitted by the institute does not carry the Photograph of the staff concerned. Aggrieved by that the present writ petition is filed. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that if the petitioner herein re-submit the application with the Photograph of the staff along with their profile, they will consider the request and pass appropriate orders.
In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner herein is directed to submit the staff profile with their photograph within a period of five days from receipt of the
order. On receipt of the staff profile with photograph, the second respondent shall pass orders within a period of three weeks.
With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
