(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner alleges that his wife R.Aishwarya has been unlawfully detained by her parents. The respondent police produced the detenue before us. The detenue categorically states that she does not want to rejoin her husband and she proposes to go with her parents.

2. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
