Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to call for records in Crime No.93 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Special Cell-1, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai7, the 1st respondent herein and quash the same. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this is a case and counter case matter. Further, this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28700 of 2015 had already directed the respondents to enquire into the complaint given by the petitioner and to proceed further in accordance with law and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence, the present petition may be closed. The learned counsel had also made an endorsement to that effect.
