The petitioners pray for issuance of succession certificate for the estate of the deceased Arunkumar Desikan who died on 11.06.2015, leaving behind the petitioners as his legal representatives. http://www.judis.nic.in

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.The 2nd petitioner has been examined as PW1 and produced Death certificate and Legal heir ship certificate as Ex.P.1 and Ex.P.3. The 2nd petitioner has filed proof affidavit setting out the facts that led to the filing of the application for succession certificate and her entitlement. The other petitioners have filed consent affidavits for grant of succession certificate in the name of the 2nd petitioner. The petitioners 1 and 3 have also been examined as PW2 and PW3. The 4th petitioner has filed consent affidavit.

3.In view of the same, this application is allowed.
