ORDER
Both the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The same is confirmed through the submissions made by the respective counsels before this Court, today. Both the counsels have also filed a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 10.06.2025 signed by both the parties supported by a Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent also submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the agreed amount has been paid and the Award can be set aside.
3. Accordingly, this Court after recording the terms of settlement is setting aside the impugned Arbitral Award, dated 20.04.2020 followed by the revised Arbitral Award, dated 01.06.2020. 2/4
4. In terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 10.06.2025 entered into between the parties to the dispute, this petition is disposed of. No costs. The Memorandum of Understanding, dated 10.06.2025 shall form part of this order.
