No.162 of 2021 is closed.

2. Similarly, since the conditional order passed by this Court in A.No.3348 of 2021, dated 04.10.2021, has been complied with by the petitioner in Arb O.P(Comm.Div.) No.162 of 2021, interim stay already granted by this Court in A.No.3348 of 2021 is made absolute and accordingly, A.No.3348 of 2021 is allowed, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent in the main OP to raise all the 1/3

objections in the main OP.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of settlement and on that ground, an adjournment is sought for.

Post the main OP for reporting settlement or for arguments on 10.03.2025.
