This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 742 days in representation of the above C.M.A.SR.No.91609 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 742 days is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as costs, to the credit of the President, Tamil Nadu Advocates Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai (Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c No.484026006, IFSC Code:IDIB000M157), within a period of one week from today.

4.Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and list the same for admission.
