This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the Contempt Petition in Contempt Petition No.2152 of 2019, which was closed on 10.01.2020. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that Closure Report has been filed as mistake of fact. It was further submitted that an attempt was made to serve the notice on the petitioner and it was refused to be received.

3. A copy of the Closure Report shall be furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner today. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Court by filing a protest petition.
