2. The 4th respondent herein remained exparte before the First Appellate Court. Hence, notice to him is dispensed with.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and respondents 1 to 3.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the better affidavit filed by the petitioners dated 12.06.2026, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.27645 of 2024 is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number S.A.SR.No.9298 of 2024, if it is otherwise in order.
