WHEREAS this court did by an order dated the 23rd day of June 2022 and directed to issue fresh warrant against the Insolvent R.Suresh, to be arrested.

You are hereby required to arrest the said R.Suresh, S/o.Late R.Ranganathan, Residing at No.21/8, 4th Cross Mandapam Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 or wherever he is and bring him before the Master with all convenient speed in order to him being examined and for your so doing this shall be your sufficient warrant.

You are further required to return this warrant on or before the 25th day of August 2022 with an endorsement certifying the day and the manner in which it has been executed, or the reason why it has not been executed.
