O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that a complaint containing similar allegation was registered in Crime No.559 of 2014 under Section 294[b], 447 and 506[i] IPC. The said complaint was enquired into and closed as mistake of fact. RCS.No.61 of 2015 has been filed and a copy of the same was also served on 30.12.2014.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the copy of RCS has not been furnished.

5. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent to act in accordance with law.
