ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015 and to initiate action against the second and third respondents.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side, the first respondent police is directed to register the complaint dated 09.02.2015 of the petitioner, if any cognizable offence is made out, as expeditiously as possible, and after affording opportunity to respondents 2 and 3.
