Instant Application in A.No.2507 of 2023 has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff in the suit, seeking amendment in the cause title.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application it is stated by the applicant that just before filing of the suit, the name of the plaintiff Company was changed from Ganesan Builders Limited to Ganesan Builders Private Limited. However, the new name of the plaintiff Company was not mentioned in the plaint by inadvertence.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application in A.No.2507 of 2023 is allowed. The applicant/plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendment in the plaint on or before 05.06.2023. The plaintiff shall file the amended copies of the plaint by 05.06.2023.
