The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to registration of the case in Crime No.525 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent insofar as it relates to the petitioner and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.525 of 2012, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.90 of 2012 dated 24.11.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
