O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 07.08.2015 given by the petitioner in CSR.No.1127 of 2015 before the respondent and there is a counter complaint given against this petitioner is also pending in CSR.No.1126 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
